Welsh National League AGM

At the AGM of the Welsh National League Mold Alex were accepted into the Premier Division.

The pre season friendlys will be published as they are confirmed.

The season will commence on Aug 13/14th.

Mold Alexandra FC Search For New Chairman - 1 June 2010

MOLD Alex have renewed their appeal for a new chairman to come forward to lead the relegated club back towards the upper echelons of the Welsh football pyramid.

Mold are set to be relegated to the Welsh National League this summer after finishing fifth from bottom in the Cymru Alliance.

Chairman Craig Hughes is stepping down after 15 years of involvement at the club as he feels it needs fresh blood to move forward. But despite issuing a call for interested parties to come forward, as yet there have been no takers.

Bethesda Athletic Plan To Challenge Restructuring - 1 June 2010

PLANS to launch a legal challenge against the FAW’s restructuring of the Welsh football pyramid have divided Flintshire clubs.

Bethesda Athletic claim that the majority of Cymru Alliance clubs support their plan to vote against admitting the six Welsh Premier League clubs, including Gap Connah’s Quay and Rhyl, who have been relegated as the top flight is reduced to 12 teams for 2010-11.

Gresford Athletic

I have today received a cheque from Gresford Athletic FC to add to funds raised at the recent Buckley game for Gary Burns.
